Q: When will I get my order?
A: Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days after your purchase is completed. Delivery schedules may vary on Philippine holidays. You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched. Please make sure your contact details are accurate.

Q: How much is the shipping fee?
A: Rates vary and are computed upon check-out from Php 150 (Metro Manila) to Php 250 (other parts of the Philippines). Additional shipping fees may apply for large pieces or bulk orders, especially for addresses outside Metro Manila. Please make sure your contact details are accurate to avoid delays or issues with delivery. 

Q: Do you guarantee safe delivery?
A: We take great care in packing all items with protective materials and selecting the best shipping options to reduce the risk of damage. However, once the package leaves our shop and is in the hands of the courier, we are not responsible for any damage during transit. Q: Do you have a physical store?
A: We don't have one yet, but we have select pieces available at The Fine Life Market in Kapitolyo.
